40K List Extension

A consent-first route from tournament lists to useful public data. The browser extension observes Best Coast Pairings responses already delivered to the user, makes every upload visible, and sends only when consent is enabled. A Cloudflare backend preserves raw captures, normalizes them to 40KDC entity IDs, and publishes a queryable projection with moderation and opt-out controls.
